O Ateliê de Cerâmica is comprised of three artists working together in a collaborative studio with multiple areas of focus, centered on the language of ceramic materials.
We are based in a historic house that is part of the Protected Complex of Praça da Liberdade, in Belo Horizonte. The occupation of an exemplary building of the capital’s modern heritage reflects the group’s artistic intention to establish an independent gallery, engaging with 20th-century cultural traditions that brought art and everyday life closer together. The initiative was recognized by the 2025 Sylvio de Vasconcellos Award, organized by IPHAN/MG and CAU/MG.
